Grey 260z Now RHD

19th October 2020

I bought this rolling shell a couple of years back and Iv’e been plodding on with it on and off for a while now. Its a California shell that’s turned out to be in superb condition. Absolutely no rust and near perfect floors and rails. Never been welded. I’ve cleaned up the look by removing the marker lights, brackets and holes from the engine bay, and welding up the rear impact bumper holes. The shell was then stripped back to metal and repainted in grey. I later chose to carry out a RHD conversion which involved a small amount of re-painting. All the suspension has been stripped and powder coated and assembled with replated hardware. New bushes, ball joints and track rods. Struts are adjustable ride height Leda’s. Brakes and running gear all standard but with 240z SU’s. Wiring is being replace with an EZ-wiring loom that I use on all the other cars.
